Lying? When?
A minister told his congregation, "Next week I plan to preach about the sin of lying. To help you understand my sermon, I want you all to read Mark 17."
The following Sunday, as he prepared to deliver his sermon, the minister asked for a show of hands. He wanted to know how many had read Mark 17.
Every hand went up.
The minister smiled and said, "Mark has only 16 chapters. I will now proceed with my sermon on the sin of lying."
..........NOTE......
(for me)
Korny no?....Marahil nga, ngunit ang buhay sa mundo ay isang malaking give and take relationship.

sick?
Hanger
Do you start to feel positively witchy when a too-long meeting makes you eat lunch an hour later than usual? You’re probably "hangry", a new phrase folks are using to describe hunger-related mood swings, according to MSNBC.com. When blood sugar levels dip too low, according to the site, the body’s ability to process the brain chemical serotonin is affected, resulting in crabbiness, anger, and a low threshold for frustration.
E-Book Moments
The theory that people remember less of what they read from digital books (on iPads and Kindles) than from paper-based books, as coined by Time magazine. Some experts believe that reading on paper provides more opportunities for memorizing and retaining information because you can relate words to their location on the page (left side, right side, near a chart, etc.), which helps cement the material in your mind.
Tight Pants Syndrome
A cluster of symptoms—including abdominal pain, heartburn, and reflux a few hours after meals—that predominantly affects overweight men who wear poor-fitting pants with too-tight waistlines, according to ABC News Medical Unit. Doctors are also seeing a comparable version in women, in which skinny jeans can contribute to pelvic pain, yeast infections, and itching. Bottom line: Don’t suffer too much for beauty’s sake, advises Orly Avitzur, MD, a Tarrytown, NY-based neurologist. If it hurts to wear a new trend or a too-tight favorite piece of clothing, skip it.
Surgeon Enthusiasm
The measure of how likely a surgeon is to recommend an operation for a condition that can be treated in other ways. A recent study suggested that this eagerness helps explain why surgery rates for back problems and other tough-to-treat ills vary wides across the country: You're almost 25 times more likely to get spinal fusion in Idaho Falls, Idaho, for instance, than in Bangor, Maine. (Source: Study in the journal Spine.)
Decision Fatigue
The notion that the mental work of making decisions over and over again can warp your judgment and lead to poor choices. In one example, an Israeli study found that judges granted more parole requests early in the day than they did after making a series of rulings. According to the New York Times, "the more choices you make throughout the day, the harder each one becomes for your brain."
Thirdhand Smoke
It sticks around for hours, days or even months after a cigarette is smoked: a residue of toxins (lead, cyanide, and arsenic among them) that clings to virtually all surfaces in a room, a car , and other enclosed spaces long after the smoke is gone. Researchers have found that thirdhand smoke can combine with nitrous acid, a common indoor air pollutant, to form a carcinogen that can be inhaled by anyone in a room. (Source: Study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.)
Self-Compassion
You have it if you're as kind and understanding about your own shortcomings as you are about a friend's. It's a hot topic in psychology, the New York Times reports, and the focus of two new books: Self-Compassion: Stop beating Yourself Up and Leave Insecurity Behind, by Kristin Neff, PhD, and The Self-Compassion Diet, by Harvard psychotherapist Jean Fain. "Self-compassion is the missing ingredient in every diet and weight-loss plan, " Dr. Fain told the Times.
Broga
Attention, downward-facing dudes. You may not know it yet, but you're practicing broga: yoga for men with strength-building moves—and without the chanting. Namaste, man
Sweatworking
Forget the martinis: One way to impress clients today is to get them spinning—at the gym, that is. Can't come to terms? Box it out, and close the deal in the steam room.
Coregasm
You may want to wait on this one till you get home. Forty percent of women in a survey experienced exercise induced orgasms on more than ten occasions. Kind of makes you want to sit up and take notice!

Going back to school?....read this
Ah, you're sick of your school bus being late everyday? Or you dont like the new driver your parents hired. Whatever it is that you are complaining about your daily commute to the school, you should learn to thank that you are sitting their going to school with the less danger you can think of. Unlike these unlucky ones who needs to face the danger just to go to school.
Los Pinos zip wire, Colombia
Forget the perils of bullies on the school bus—for the children of Los Pinos, a village in the Colombian jungle, the trip to and from class holds rather more dramatic dangers. With their settlement cut off from neighboring communities by a 1,200-foot-deep gorge that takes two hours to walk around, the kids get across using 1,300-foot zip wires.
Every morning, around a dozen of them arrive at the launch pad, armed with their own pulley, rope and—crucially—a piece of wood to use as a brake so they don’t slam into the tires on the other side at 40mph. Smaller pupils are bundled into hessian sacks and tied to older children.
Some 60 adults brave the trip daily, too, often transporting supplies. Nobody knows what the zips’ weight limits are, but locals have carried animals, large food parcels and even furniture across, and the steel cables haven’t broken. Yet.
Hussaini Bridge, Pakistan
If there’s one thing worse than navigating a rickety wooden suspension bridge, it’s having to do so while looking at its broken predecessor dangling alongside. But that’s the routine of villagers in Hussaini, northern Pakistan, who need to cart firewood, crops and livestock across the 635-foot-long structure to reach their farmland.
A strong gust of wind lifted up the old bridge a couple of years ago, then smashed it back down, dislodging most of the slats and rendering it useless. But the new bridge hasn’t had an easy time of it, either. A recent landslide caused the water levels of the Hunza River below to rise so much that the bridge was submerged for weeks. Indeed, even under normal conditions, the Hunza is no gentle stream. To put it bluntly, if you fell off the bridge into the rapid-riddled torrent, you wouldn’t be sculling to safety.
Locals try to keep the bridge patched up as best they can, relying on bits of wood, twine—and hope. But it’s still not so much a serious river crossing as something resembling an Indiana Jones film set—or possibly the Bridge of Death in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
Yungas Road, Bolivia
This mountain pass is also known as El Camino de la Muerte, or “the Road of Death” —and the nickname’s not a jokey exaggeration. Up to 250 people a year have been killed on this 38-mile-long stretch since it was carved into the mountainside in the 1930s and became a key route for trucks traveling from Bolivia’s capital La Paz to rain forest settlements in the north.
The road is about as wide as a dining table is long—not ideal when you’re trying to creep a truck round a hairpin bend with a 3,000-foot sheer drop on one side. Add a smattering of landslides, torrential rain, and another truck coming in the other direction (even if there is the occasional narrow passing place), and suddenly your local highway seems much more palatable.
Since 2006, a less-dangerous bypass has provided an alternative to the worst parts of the route. But, even so, the memorial crosses and floral tributes that appear at regular intervals along the Yungas Road show that it remains far from accident free.
Yakutsk, Russia
![]() |
Just starting a car in such conditions can, of course, prove impossible (wealthier residents use heated garages that cost around $32,000—some four times the average annual salary). But if travelers manage that, they then have to brave roads that are so thickly coated in ice that winter tires are little help. There are dozens of accidents each week, as cars skate across junctions and career off roads.
Waiting too long at the bus stop can be fatal, too—especially for older people, who can quickly develop respiratory problems. And permafrost means an underground tube system is out. The city will finally be linked to Russia’s over-ground rail network late this year, though, so at least residents will find it easier to get away.
Tokyo rail system, Japan
And Tokyo’s commuter lingo doesn’t stop there—or get much cheerier. White-gloved train pushers, known as oshiya, are employed to cram the rail network’s 8.7 million daily passengers into carriages. Meanwhile, sleazy travelers who take advantage of the cramped situation are labeled chikan—loosely translated as “train gropers”. As well as being sex pests, they also create paranoia. A girl recently caused chaos in a carriage by spraying Mace at a number of innocent businessmen after she’d unwittingly straddled a clarinet case.
The fact that there are plans to reduce Tokyo’s train capacity to 150 per cent in the next two years demonstrates the extent of the city’s problem. The Tōzai Metro line frequently operates at 199 per cent capacity. Passengers can just about grasp a newspaper, but there’s no chance of holding it up and reading it.
Beijing, China
The Chinese capital’s economic growth over the last decade or so has resulted in 1,900 new vehicles on the road each day, and poor public transport doesn’t provide much of an alternative. What’s more, you don’t get ahead in a country of 1.3 billion people by waiting your turn, so a traffic jam on a two-lane highway can quickly turn into four-lane gridlock as drivers nose into gaps.
Last August, a jam starting in Beijing grew into a 60-mile tailback that stretched all the way to Inner Mongolia and lasted nine days. For now, investing in a pair of sneakers and walking to work is probably the best option.

charge to experience
If you fail, never just take it as failure, always put in mind that from it you will learn something. Like after waking up all night to study for your exam, you ended up sleeping whole day long which lead you to miss your exam. Lesson is, study day by day, slowly and shortly but surely. So you wont have to cram on your exam days.
Here are some examples you should take a read too. Its alright to laugh.
"When holding a DVD in one hand and food in the other, remember which hand has what when you take a bite."
"When running errands where one stop involves going to a bank and one involves dropping off a firearm, drop off the firearm first."
"If you’re prone to impulse purchases, stick to shoes, not tattoos."
"When attending a funeral, never clap after the eulogy, regardless of how meaningful and heartfelt it was."
When buying, also remember this;
"Can you tell me who the author of Shakespeare is?"
"I’m looking for a book, but I only know the title, not the author. It’s called Dante’s Inferno."
"I definitely don’t want nonfiction. I like autobiographies and history."
"Do you have Shakespeare in English?"
"Can I buy colgate, I like that red Close-up."
..at amusement
My friend was working at an amusement park when a couple stopped him. “Excuse me,” said the woman, pointing to a pond. “What is that water made out of?”
Bemused, my friend replied, “Two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen.”
“See?” she said to her boyfriend. “I told you it wasn’t real.”
All those things are done mistakenly once. Dont ever do a mistake twice or it cant be a mistake anymore. It could be a sign of something you might not like.

stress management
Stress is a normal part of life and usually comes from everyday occurrences.
Nobody is exempted from them, here's how to compromised;
1. Get rid of them.
If you don't like something and it just wont stay out of your way then avoid it. Instead of getting irritated because you hate a non-attentive employee in a certain store, try talking to her what you like her to do, or better don't go pay on a counter where she is attending. If your sandwich maker spoils your breakfast mood by always burning your sandwich or making it half-done, go change it.
2. Write it down and plan.
Always give your self extra time. If showering takes you 20 minutes then write 25 minutes in your time planner so you can always have spare time to insert extra things that you just suddenly like to do, like checking your pores more longer in the mirror.
If you are always late with your appointments like 10 minutes late, depart 15 minutes earlier so you don't need to hurry in case of crowded streets, and you can still have time to fix your face and aura. Relax and check the people around you while waiting instead of getting irritated, prepare for the things you might talk.
3. Know what pleases you.
Don't take courses that you know you don't like. If a colleague invites you to an acquaintance party which requires you to forcefully smile even to people you don't know and you know you hated it. Then don't go. There's no bad in declining an invitation than saying a thing after going there.
4.Don't be afraid to be absent sometimes.
Don't loose your welcome. People you are with wont notice you exist unless you are gone and they suddenly notice that nobody's doing the photocopier or whacking the coffee machine when its too slow pouring the coffee. If you are too tired with your job, take a vacation to charge up and you will realize that you miss your job and that complaining about it is what you are used to. Occasionally change your environment so you wont feel that life is in routine.
5. Competition and insecurities, is an avoidable source of stress.
Stress from this kind of jealousy is self-inflicted.
Know and love yourself. Your friends love you as who you are and not what you have become. You don't have to compete and shine from the rest. Just do your best and enjoy the race.
6. Proper management of laborsaving devices.
You have your laundry done by your mighty washing machine but it doesn't mean that you will go shopping while its working and leaving the auto vacuum cleaner clean the room while you are gone. Electronics needs to be patronize usually, getting them fixed when broken could be more stress talking to the electricians, saying terms you don't understand.
Having more electronic devices for yourself make you plan to do more things, which will just make you cram. Its not bad to have them, you just have to know how to manage them to make work done faster and at ease.
7.One thing at a time.
Don't brush your teeth while watching television. You wont like it if you see your carpet spotted with toothpaste bubbles. Getting the work done before moving to next will help you make the work done well.
8. You are not lazy, just need to pace down.
If you are wondering because you got nothing to do and you cant think of something to do, don't worry; instead get a book and make your favorite juice drink. Turn on your music player and open your window curtains. Have a break.
Enjoy your day.
9. Self control.
Stay your calm, always breath and count one two three before reacting to something you don't like. Look positive and think things will go your way the moment you flash your smile. Exercising and giving your self a makeover can help you build a better outlook in life. You will get sick if you think you will and you wont if you think you wont. Remember that your brain controls your whole system.
10. Seek professional help — a doctor or therapist.
Sometimes, and usually, stress leads to many problems specially to your health.Like hair loss, lost of appetite, and many more. Getting the help of the experts will help you know well and manage well your stress problems.

Sealed With A Kiss

Written with a pen.
Sealed with a kiss.
If you are my friend,
Please answer this:
Are we friends?
Or are we not?
You told me once
But I forgot.
So tell me now
And tell me true.
So I can say....
"I'm here for you."
Of all the friends
I've ever met,
You're the one
I won't forget.
And if I die
Before you do,
I'll go to heaven
And wait for you.
I'll give the angels
Back their wings
And risk the loss
Of everything.
Just to prove my
Friendship is true..
To have a friend like you!

The Happiness I Feel at Your Achievements

The happiness I feel at your achievements
Reflects the happiness you feel at mine.
Friends expand the pleasures of such moments,
As mine in yours, and yours in mine, combine.
The same when we look forward to our futures:
So much more unfolds when there are two!
Populating your proposed adventures
Gives me a joy that mine must give to you.
We've been through much, and will be through much more,
But traveling together is more fun.
Whatever life and love may have in store,
Two is always preferable to one.
Your graduation thus becomes my pleasure:
Your happiness is mine, a double treasure.

till death do us part
A girl and a boy
were on a motorcycle, speeding through the night. They loved each other a lot..
Girl: "slow down a little.. I'm scared.."
Boy: "No, it's so fun.."
Girl: "please..it's so scary.."
Boy: "Then say that you love me.."
Girl: "Fine..I love you..can you slow down now?"
Boy: "Give me a big hug.."
The girl gave him a big hug.
Girl: "Now can you slow down?"
Boy: "Can you take off my helmet and put it on? It's uncomfortable and its bothering me while i drive."
The next day, there was a story in the newspaper. A motorcycle had crashed into a building because its brakes were broken. There were two people on the motorcycle, of which one died, and the other had survived......
The guy knew that the brakes were broken. He didn't want to let the girl know, because he knew that the girl would have gotten scared. Instead, he was told the last time that she loved him, got a hug from
her, put his helmet on her so that she can live, and died himself...:(

But by the moments that take our breath away..

Recipe For Happiness

Too many people put off something that brings them joy just because they haven't thought about it, don't have it on their schedule, didn't know it was coming or are too rigid to depart from their routine.
I got to thinking one day about all those women on the Titanic who passed up dessert at dinner that fateful night in an effort to cut back. From then on, I've tried to be a little more flexible.
How many women out there will eat at home because their husband didn't suggest going out to dinner until after something had been thawed? Does the word 'refrigeration' mean nothing to you?
How often have your kids dropped in to talk and sat in silence while you watched 'Jeopardy' on television?
I cannot count the times I called my sister and said, 'How about going to lunch in a half hour?' She would gas up and stammer, 'I can't. I have clothes on the line. My hair is dirty. I wish I had known yesterday, I had a late breakfast, It looks like rain.' And my personal favorite: 'It's Monday.' She died a few years ago. We never did have lunch together.
Because Americans cram so much into their lives, we tend to schedule our headaches. We live on a sparse diet of promises we make to ourselves when all the conditions are perfect!
We'll go back and visit the grandparents when we get Steve toilet-trained.. We'll entertain when we replace the living-room carpet... We'll go on a second honeymoon when we get two more kids out of college.
Life has a way of accelerating as we get older. The days get shorter, and the list of promises to ourselves gets longer. One morning, we awaken, and all we have to show for our lives is a litany of 'I'm going to,' 'I plan on,' and 'Someday, when things are settled down a bit.'
When anyone calls my 'seize the moment' friend, she is open to adventure and available for trips. She keeps an open mind on new ideas.. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. You talk with her for five minutes, and you're ready to trade your bad feet for a pair of Roller blades and skip an elevator for a bungee cord.
My lips have not touched ice cream in 10 years. I love ice cream. It's just that I might as well apply it directly to my stomach with a spatula and eliminate the digestive process. The other day, I stopped the car and bought a triple-Decker. If my car had hit an iceberg on the way home, I would have died happy.
Now...go on and have a nice day. Do something you WANT to......not something on your SHOULD DO list. If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say? And why are you waiting?
Have you ever watched kids playing on a merry go round or listened to the rain lapping on the ground? Ever followed a butter fly's erratic flight or gazed at the sun into the fading night? Do you run through each day on the fly? When you ask ' How are you?' Do you hear the reply?
When the day is done, do you lie in your bed with the next hundred chores running through your head? Ever told your child, 'We'll do it tomorrow.' And in your haste, not see his sorrow? Ever lost touch? Let a good friendship die? Just call to say 'Hi'?
When you worry and hurry through your day, it is like an unopened gift....Thrown away..... Life is not a race Take it slower. Hear the music before the song is over.
It's National Friendship Week every week. Show your friends how much you care. Send this to everyone you consider a FRIEND. If it comes back to you, then you'll know you have a circle of friends.
To those I have sent this to... I cherish our friendship and appreciate all you do.
'Life may not be the party we hoped for... But while we are here we might as well dance!'

lets grow old together

Illuminates my soul
And as each sound goes deeper,
It's YOU that makes me whole
There is no corner, no dark place,
YOUR LOVE cannot fill
And if the world starts causing waves,
It's your devotion that makes them still
And yes you always speak to me,
In sweet honesty and truth
Your caring heart keeps out the rain,
YOUR LOVE, the ultimate roof
So thank you my Love for being there,
For supporting me, my life
I'll do the same for you, you know,
My Beautiful, Darling Wife.

move forward, fly high

the painful it will be when you fall down.
So secure your wings and check the wind.
Learn the dance of the sky
to glide properly with the clouds
and the other birds.
Some birds are harmful
and some are just nice.
Just like life,
there are also tricks up way there,
there are birds that looks so harmless
but really attacks like an eagle
so-hungry attacking an innocent chick.
The pressure up there is not that nice
so bring a lot of your comfort-air with you.
The weather is not like a green house weather
that only provides the warmth you need
and the coolness to make you stay crisp.
Sometimes, there's this shower rain
that will clean you up
from the dust you have encountered through the journey.
There will also be a day
that rain seems like to stay forever.
A storm is not banned to come,
like the cycle of the water,
storm is scheduled to precipitate your wings
enough water and coldness.
But dont loose hope,
you cant have a 365 rainy days for a whole year.
Sunny days are meant to dry your wings
and provide you enough warm
to gather the strength
you had lost during the cold winter
and rainy seasons.
Be careful of sunny days,
sometimes, sun comes with a heat
that will burn your perseverance
to soar more up high.
Just because you got wings,
the sky isn't a home for you,
you should also learn to touch the ground
to familiarize its roughness for your feet,
so you wont feel alienated during windy times
that you have to stay under a cave for a shelter.
Or when storm comes,
at least you know how to walk grounded.
Its a pleasurable thing to learn to soar up high,
but its also a must to learn to live the life on ground,
because the life,
just like wheels,
isn't always on top.
Up and down, there's no difference.
Life is more fun
if you know how to deal with its tricks.
You just have to be prepared,
and don't be afraid to take the risk
and always move forward.
Remember,
"There's no one principle that governs the whole society."

contented love

I cherish those moments when you would glance at me while doing something in your computer. Those tantalizing eyes that shows your soul, melts me every time you look my way. When saying something, those eyes told me that you are honest enough for me to say yes even if sometimes I don’t get you clearly. Your look melts my worries away. That even around those pretty girls, I will stand out the best, for I am the apple of your eyes.
I visualize your face as a painting boldly sketched to deliberately show its message. Those checks tanned just enough to provide manly color to your soft face. You may not look like those ghosts like stars in the movies, but your face shines like a smiling sun on my cloudy day. Your smile, the warmest and the sweetest I have known, starts and completes my day. Assuring me to face the world, your smile gives me security from those insecurities and lack-of-confidence times.
It feels like I am watching a waltz show every time you are near doing your things, and walking around. Your feet glides smoothly as you walk, with your hands sway in a rhythmic pattern. When you turn around, it looks like you are looking for your partner in the dance floor while waiting for her to hold your hand and sway all the way round the dance floor. Your shoulders though not buckled-up with muscles are strong enough to support your girl as you slowly spin her, examining her full beau.
The chest is always ready to catch her just in case both of you do a wrong step.
I treasure you like a sweet kiss that woke me up in the morning. With the pink sky that welcomes my sleepy eyes. Your warm smile burns the cold feeling in the morning. I hear your voice as a song sang to me by the angels when you called me to say that you are coming to stay in the night and that we will eat the ever romantic simple dinner you will prepare.
Your scent, I can still smell in the pillow you used last night. Lingering through the room it keeps as my companion when you’re out for work.
..............whoops...it’s just a dream.....
………….time to wake up.......
You are quietly lying beside me, with your face as innocent as ever. The fact that I woke up today with you by my side, made my day secured. Away from those worries that you might leave me and will never come back. That I wasn’t mistaken when I told myself I will grow old with you. That you will wait every time I’m late. That even if you will be late, you will still come. You won’t promise (because they are made to be broken), instead you will tell me you will love me no matter what.
Hay...
tnx to..

mystery of the morning

Morning Dew
Every morning as I slowly awake
to the warm glow of sunlight
I thank the Lord for the gift of life.
I anxiously await the exquisite moment
when my eyes meet the misty mountains
bathing in fresh rays of sunshine.
My heart is tamed by the glory of creation
I can only see eternity and breathe serenity.
How truly euphoric it would be
If we could walk together
barefoot amidst the dewy canopy of green
blessed by the purity and innocence of a new morn.

FRIENDSHIP QUIZ

You don't actually have to take the quiz. Just read straight through, and you'll get the point.
Take this quiz:
1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.
2. Name the top five news stories five years ago.
3. Name ten presidents or leaders of the biggest countries in the world.
4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.
5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor or actress.
6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.
How did you do?
The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. These are no second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But the applause dies. Awards tarnish. Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.
Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one:
1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school.
2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.
3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.
4. Think of a few people who have made you feel, appreciated and special.
5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.
6. Name half a dozen heroes whose stories have inspired you. Easier?
The people who make a difference in your life are not the most powerful ones, nor have the most money or awards. They are the ones that care.

Size Of Your Heart

It isn't the size of your house as such
That matters so much at all.
It's the gentle hand and its loving touch,
That make it great or small.
The friends who come and the hour they spent
Who out of your house depart,
Will judge it not by the style you show,
But rather by the size of your heart.
It isn't the size of your head so much,
It isn't the wealth you found.
That will make you happy -- it's how you touch
The lives that are all around.
For making money is not hard --
To live life well is an art:
How people love you, how they regard,
Is all in the size of your heart.
credits to Google... hehehe

isn't this great?...

Less Traveled.
It is to see every abstract thing that every site bear. Only a few travelers travel into remote and squatters area. Who would travel in a muddy and odorous areas to see whats happening in a very simple life of squatters family.
Behind tall buildings and big malls surrounding our country, are the crowded houses scattered in the remote areas. With thin and rusted roof, hardened papers as their walls and an empty rice box. A couple with three siblings dwells in poverty and struggles to live life as easy as they can.
Every morning, before anything else, they would fetch water first.Five pesos for every 2 containers. A budgeted water for the laundry, for taking a bath, for dishes, and for all domestic use. Thirty pesos for a container of safe water, potable enough to substitute for every meal they've missed.
After an early breakfast, all members of the family gotta get a job even just for that day, to survive for the next. No one goes to school. Only some lucky ones goes to school, but would immediately stop in middle high school or even without graduating elementary because of poverty. The father and the mother tries to sell something eatable delicacies in the street, joining the busy crowd to look for some food. To compete with other vendors in the street too.
While the elders are busy hunting for coins to buy some foods, the children are giggling in the streets playing innocently. In their smile, you can see happiness without any hesitations and worries. They are contented with their life. Their feet, barely ran the roads, under the scorching heat of the sun. Smiles that warm every sorrowed heart. Giggles that touches every heart.
As the sun rises, all of the kids and tired elders, get to sleep. Rest to acquire energy for the next tiresome job. The streets leaved alone. With few plastics and candy wrappers. There were also some slippers without its pair, maybe the owner had leave it when his/her mother called him/her for a sleep.
By three in the afternoon, everybody back to work, the children will play again in the streets. Some are enjoying some snacks and some are just playing. Like a trade fair, there are many booths. There are selling snacks, juices, syrup coated bananas, Filipino delicacies and any home made snacks.
As the darkness closes in, slowly the number of children generates. It was there favorite play time. No sun to touch their skin, more people passing by, more fun. They will run and play until 10:00 in the night. After a tiresome game, they'll go home hungry. Sharing the food that their parents generates through the day. Eating happily with dried fish and smoked fish, contently.
They will sleep with smile in their lips. Waiting for the tomorrow to come for another fun games.
That is how simple life is. They live without any too high ambitions and dreams. Living everyday to the fullest.A life without big debts to pay and a life not sure of tomorrow. Well whatever comes tomorrow, that's another page of life. To be opened tomorrow and to be solved tomorrow. A life of less aims, less frustrations and more happiness. Real happiness.#

slowly but surely
While the place of origins(specifically rural areas), losses the younger labor force together with its brain and strength, the host place (urban areas) gains. Though on the other hand, migration promises more opportunity; such as jobs of bigger wages, new learning, tourism to the host place and remittance benefits to the place of origin.
Lets take for example the housemaid who travel far from provinces and work down n the urbanized areas, serving the family not even related to them. What was their main purpose on migrating for work? Half of them work for their family, sending their younger siblings to school while sacrificing their own dreams. One-fourth of them work for their self improvement that includes working while studying which often leads to body abuse. The other one-fourth works mainly for improving the quality of life they have in the province.
When does local migration becomes risky? How does a migrant identify the risk and benefits of migration? Unawareness is a common factor of why migrants risk to migrate without proper orientation and unsure of destination. Promised to get a good and high paying job, ignorant young migrants are easily drawn into trouble. Human trafficking is also one of the factors. It happens to both local and international work market. Migrants usually end up working as prostitutes and/or slaves for the higher class families. In case of local migration, (Philippines for specific) identifying migrants is not an easy task. Since transferring from one place to another is easy and staying in the house of the relatives even for longer times is a normal thing.
In the society, the most obvious scenario is the over population in the urban areas which consist of local migrants from the provinces. Often staying in the streets with kids roaming around and begging for food. Most of them are native from the provinces who intentionally migrate to urban areas. Begging and collecting garbage are their common jobs.
On the job-opportunity, local migrants often leave the real residents over-powered in job applications. Servicing the people which is not really a part of the original residents, housing the unauthorized residents.
Although the higher number of migrants offers tourism jobs in return, if not properly manage, may cause to exploitation of young migrants and brain drain to most of the provinces.
SO what are the things we need to do? Firstly, proper distribution of job resources all over the country. A one: one ratio of building establishments between rural and urban areas. It will leave every place an equal job opportunity. Making the rural areas be urbanized. Thus, the government should also consider the size of the area and its population. The labor force (younger ones) will always find a place where job is more attainable and sustainable. In tat case, they will never need to migrate, if job opportunities is just in their backyard. Removing the rural and urban classification will also help eliminate the discrimination between people. To start, it would require proper zoning in every place. Establish a balance area where agricultural and business sector gear up together. Every zone should limit the number of inhabitants. It will tackle the population control which will directly take effect to the next responsible citizens, the younger labor force. Since church were separated from government (in Philippines), the government should impose a mandatory birth control programs. A family should get a certain number of offspring according to its capability to raise a child. Giving for example that a middle class family should only ave two kids, under them will only have one and higher to them will only have three as the maximum. It will then result to mandatory sending of the kids to school. The community population should be limited according to its resources and size. The constant updating of birthing status should then follow.
Second and last, proper distribution of skill and non-skill workers. A resident-first policy will help. Focusing on the younger labor force in the society. It will help the young workers to stop migrating. Bigger number of migrants in a certain area should consist of tourist and business investors. Thus, it will help boast the tourism jobs. Migrant worker should get and present a permit-to-work to another place in every establishment. Controlling the migrants from going in and out will help for faster tracking of illegal businesses, work abuse (concerning employees) and to avoid the discrimination and exploitation of human rights. Local migrant, worker/non-worker, should only get a limited time of stay in a certain place. Giving opportunity to others to migrate, specially the migration of young brains for learning processes, and for learning the difference of economical and social runs in every place.
The government should also create a border within every area t control the coming in and out of migrants legally. Even the residents going out for a vacation and/or for some events, should also be tracked. The place of origin will then report to the place of destination for the coming of the certain person going out from its area of responsibility. This will help the local government develop transparency towards each other.
You cannot raise a fruitful tree over night. You need to water it everyday, keep an eye on it to protect from the harm of wild animals that might eat its leaves. You also need to trim it sometimes for it to grow according to what you want it to be. Even after the first harvest, you will still need to constantly take care of it for a constant good fruit harvest.
Implementation of laws and policies on people is also like that, keeping an eye, trimming sometimes, protecting them from harms. You need to do it constantly for constant effect.
There are a lot of laws and policies to stop or alleviate this migration issues. The society didn't ask for a sudden change which what the government is trying to do. A total stop to the issue may affect the whole country, since they are a big part of the ecosystem in the society. Though its risky and sometimes done illegally, most of the people still benefits them. It may cause massive shock to the economical state of the country. So as to do the action for changing better, may means doing it slowly but surely. Until the people get use to it. Total awareness can be acquired trough consistency. Therefore, consistency is the firs thing to watch above all this issue.#

Get Fats For Your Brain
The human body was designed to love fatty foods in part because of the needs of the brain. We should choose the “good” kinds of fats, skipping the dangerous ones and adding plenty of brain-healthy ones.
The brain is made mostly of fat, which not only forms the membranes around cells that regulate what gets in and out of them but also insulates the bundles of nerve fibers that act as high-speed communication cables in the brain. It shouldn't be too shocking, then, to learn that fat is the single most important nutrient for protecting and preserving brain function. Eating a low-fat or, worse, a no-fat diet is actually the worst thing you can do for your brain. What the brain craves most are the omega-3 fats. They turn on the genes that determine how the brain develops, repair and preserve brain cells, enable the cells to deliver signals efficiently, and may even facilitate the growth of new cells. Studies show that without enough omega-3s, the brain can't function properly. Over time, lack of omega-3s may even contribute to the development of Alzheimer's disease. Unfortunately, most people don't eat nearly enough of these good fats.
So don't be afraid to eat those fats you are trying to avoid. Just always keep in mind that "too much is bad".
Be generous to your body and brain, foods are created to be eaten.
In proper way, you can benefit to the foods that most people avoid.
Fats like those that came from fish oils and olive oils are good not just for your brain but also for your heart.
Check your ref now and eat smart.
