Underground Cemetery

Our camera cannot take good picture without the flash so we didn't took any picture. Unfortunately, camera flash is not allowed inside the cemetery for the reason of the place conservation. It might broke the particles inside the historic place, and may weaken the structure of the cemetery.

Even without the pictures inside, the place was worth visiting for. It feels like I went back to the History of my country. The park outside is also good for an afternoon stroll and picnic. Grasses are clean and the place has its nocturnal ambiance that will make you forget the busy life of the present once in a while and help you relax a bit.

If I'm not mistaken, the place is open until 4pm everyday except monday. If foods and place to stay is the problem, there are a lot of resorts and restaurants around it.

Also check out of other places worth visiting for in Laguna;

pagsanjan falls
calamba laguna(historical place of the national hero Doctor Jose Rizal)
Isdaan at Calauan, Laguna
Enchanted Kingdom
and a lot more.

just go straight

How bad maybe your friend is, for you,
they have the good spot in their heart
and that there is a connection between you two
that keep your relation.
Understand and just follow your heart,
trials may come to strenghten your friendship.
 No matter what happen,
just go straight.

dont go beyond

You are a friend, not a mother, not a higher one and not a teacher to your friend.
You are her/his sibling who would listen
to what he/she wans to share,
who would see those things he/she is comfortable to do,
and a friend who would give them consent even on risky things,
who will give them advise but never criticize.
Stay on your place and dont go beyond the
things they dont want to share.
Wait till they open up and show.
Dont go beyod the line.

stooping down

Never sell a friendship for an ego.
Your loved ones knows how good and how worst you are in things,
so keeping your pride wont make sense.
If you're wrong, say sorry,
if they're wrong, learn to give way and forgive.

Sometimes, its not just the pride that matters,
fixing your pride while letting loose of a valuable person is equally proportional to selfishness.
Your pride is usually compose of the things you did and the characteristics that people sees in you.
IF stooping down would means rescuing a broken heart,
then it means keeping a low profile while doing the good deeds.
But if going down just to tell the world how high you are,
then its praising yourself while dragging down yourself.
Know when to step down and when to just look.

reaching up

Just because you dont have time would mean that your relationship will also sink.

How busy you are should not give you an excuse to spare your time for your loved ones.

If they cannot reach you, its time for you to reach them.

Its not just who gave the effort, but also what you have saved.

pacman vs bradley, cleared at last

tnx yahoo.com

.......whoever wins for each one of us, they both deserve the belt and the appreciation for the game they played. They both give their best, and I wish them the best.

the news,

Nevada's state attorney general's office has found no wrongdoing by officials in Manny Pacquiao's controversial loss to Tim Bradley on June 9, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday.
But investigators interviewed none of the judges involved in what was considered by most fight fans a robbery of a split-decision victory by unbeaten American Bradley over the Filipino icon.
Catherine Cortez Masto, Nevada's attorney general, said her top investigator spoke with members of the state athletic commission and gaming board and found no evidence of criminal acts, including match-fixing or unusual bet patterns.
But that will do little to ease the pain of Pacquiao fans who howled in disgust after two judges ruled Bradley at 115-113 winner while Pacquiao was given a 115-113 victory by the third judge.
"Displeasure with the subjective decisions of sporting officials is not a sufficient basis for this office to initiate a criminal investigation," Cortez Masto told promoter Bob Arum in a letter.
"Unless evidence beyond mere displeasure is forthcoming, this matter will be considered closed. While there may be strong disagreement with the decision, the exercise of professional judgment by individuals officiating at a sporting event is not by itself a criminal investigation."
Arum told the newspaper the probe came up short of the type of investigation he would have liked to have seen.
"I'm happy that the attorney general did some investigating, but there's a tremendous gap," Arum said. "Why didn't they interview the judges?
"I'm not sure this brings closure. I would feel a lot better if they had interviewed the judges. But it's her investigation, not mine."
Keith Kizer, the Nevada Athletic Commission executive director, met with the three judges last week and reviewed a video replay of the fight round by round to discuss their scoring. Kizer said he was satisfied with their efforts.
"I thought they handled it well," Kizer said. "It's unfortunate that people reacted the way they did following the fight. But this was a very close fight and eight of the 12 rounds could have went either way.
"The three judges did a great job."
Bradley is still dealing with ankle and foot injuries suffered in the fight while Pacquiao is vacationing in Israel. Arum said he plans to meet with Pacquiao in about 10 days to decide whom "Pac-Man" will fight in his next planned bout, set for November 10.
Pacquiao could enforce a rematch clause to avenge his loss to Bradley but could also opt for a fourth fight with Mexico's Juan Manuel Marquez, which brought about 500,000 more pay-per-view purchases last November than the Pacquio-Bradley fight.

live longer; love coffee

reposted......

http://ph.she.yahoo.com/study-finds-coffee-lovers-may-live-longer-112209926.html

If you love your morning coffee, a new study finds that your daily habit could protect your health. In a study by researchers from the National Cancer Institute in the US, older adults who drank coffee -- caffeinated or decaffeinated -- had a lower risk of death overall than others who did not drink coffee.

The java drinkers -- especially those who drank three or more cups a day -- were less likely to die from a number of illnesses, including heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and infections -- although researchers found no link with cancer. Results of the study were published on Thursday in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Head researcher Neal Freedman and his colleagues examined the association between coffee drinking and risk of death in 400,000 American men and women ages 50 to 71 who participated in the NIH-AARP Diet and Health Study.

"The mechanism by which coffee protects against risk of death -- if indeed the finding reflects a causal relationship -- is not clear, because coffee contains more than 1,000 compounds that might potentially affect health," said Freedman. "The most studied compound is caffeine, although our findings were similar in those who reported the majority of their coffee intake to be caffeinated or decaffeinated."

Still, while more research needs to be done to fully understand the protective components of coffee, Freedman adds that "these results do provide some reassurance that coffee drinking does not adversely affect health."
Coffee has also been shown to improve brain function in mice studies, with researchers probing the possibility of using coffee as a treatment for people with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers in Portugal also recently found that the consumption of caffeine could protect against memory loss associated with advanced diabetes.
Still health experts don't recommend overdoing your coffee intake. The US-based Mayo Clinic suggests no more than two to four cups a day, since more than that can cause insomnia, upset stomach, and anxiety.

.......oh. well, I would agree....No wonder I am posing a lot of news about coffee, because I love coffee a lot.....
.......but remember that too much is bad.....
......so be moderate and know your limit....

toxic friends

repost.....

http://ph.she.yahoo.com/8-10-women-struggle-toxic-friends-102329675.html

London, Aug 23 (ANI): A new survey has revealed that 84 percent of women put up with so-called "toxic friends", who are self-absorbed, emotionally draining, critical or backstabbing.

Men did not fare much better, with three-quarters admitting to having had such a friendship.

Sixty-five percent of those polled complained of having a self-obsessed friend, and 59 percent accused their closest acquaintances of being emotional "vampires", draining all their energy reserves.

The poll, of 18,000 women and 4,000 men by Today.com and Self magazine, found just over half had an over-critical friend, while 45 percent reported backstabbing behaviour and barbed comments.

Thirty-seven percent of people questioned also admitted to being turned off by friends who were unreliable or flaky.

Though a third admitted that they would end a friendship with someone who was untrustworthy, 83 percent said that they had let a friendship drag on longer than it should have done because the prospect of "breaking up" was too daunting.

"The reason it's hard to dump a toxic friend is the same reason people stay in all kinds of dysfunctional relationships," the Daily Mail quoted Dr Gail Saltz, associate professor of psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital, as saying.

"There's something in it that you find compelling or familiar," she added. (ANI)

.......oh well, friendship, just like peeing unto yourself, everybody sees it, but only you feels the warmth...
.......as long as you are not hurt, keep all your connections connected. You know what they say, never burn a bridge.

Sana huwag mong palitan iyong una mong sagot.

Oh eh di bumalik din sayo, welcome to crazy world.

It adds color to your life.

'13th sign of the zodiac'

Though its a bit late to post this, its summer already, but it just pop out of my curiosity.
I would be asking if you guys will accept this to be a part of the zodiac signs. Thus, changing your current zodiac sign. Whats your opinion about this?
As fro me, I can barely say its okay, for I love reading horoscopes, but I don't believe at all.

Ophiuchus is one of thirteen constellations that cross the ecliptic. It has therefore been called the '13th sign of the zodiac'. However, this confuses sign with constellation. The signs of the zodiac are a twelve-fold division of the ecliptic, so that each sign spans 30° of celestial longitude, approximately the distance the Sun travels in a month, and (in the Western tradition) are aligned with the seasons so that the March equinox falls on the boundary between Aries and Pisces. Constellations, on the other hand, are unequal in size and are based on the positions of the stars. The constellations of the zodiac have only a loose association with the signs of the zodiac, and do not in general coincide with them. In Western astrology the constellation of Aquarius, for example, largely corresponds to the sign of Pisces. Similarly, the constellation of Ophiuchus occupies most of the sign of Sagittarius.

granny's smell

I wasn't trying to stay near them because they love me more than my parents,  but because I felt the loneliness every time I see them walking alone in their spacious house where their kids use to ran around to play. Granny needs more attention now that she is gaining that much avoided- age.  Much of my cousins would say that granny emits an old smell that they cannot stand to eat beside them.

Granny do really smell. Grandpa too, just like all of my grandparents, emits the smell that most of my cousins avoided. But I had learned to love that smell, it was the scent I could breath in every time I need someone to pamper me because I am alone and my parents are both busy working. It was the scent that warms my skin during cold nights, the scent that made me calm during times that I cannot control my anger to my sisters and cousins. During the ups and downs of my childhood, I was raised with the smell they called-old smell.

During summer days, I am used to a piggy-back ride of grandpa when we are hiking up the hill to his bigger nipa hut. I would doze up peacefully on his back, breathing his scent that reminds me his unconditional love and caring. He would then show me his aching knees and wold enjoy the massage that I playfully give. Those swinging elastic skin under his arms and chin, I just love to play them while watching the stars shine brightly during full-moon nights.

During school days, grandma would give me extra piso for me to spare during snack time. A snack is ready though after I finish school. Before grandma and grandpa goes back to their house, they would kiss me a deep warm goodbye cheek kiss. With the bonus of tickling my armpits till I drop laughing. Every perfect test would mean extra cookie, every achievement during recognition, there is an equal reward and an unlimited boasting to their friends, making me quite popular to the neighborhood. And I just love it, annoying but I am happy that they totally show that they are proud of me.

During rainy nights, grandma would hug me under her blanket. To ease away my fear of the storm. She would offer my native cacao drink.

I didn't grew up spoiled though, because grandma and grandpa had always been there to remind me that life isn't just all about goodness. They taught me the value of the persons around me. That most of all, the important thing I should keep is the love between me and my family. Because in the end, it will be them that I can lend on during downfall. That they are the given blessing by GOD, all those I will obtain as I grow-up will be just be the extra blessing that God will send to guide me through this life. They taught me to respect and to never put grudge against anyone. Every downfall is a challenge to stand again and face the world. Respecting and giving way to other is another way of advocating peace. A blessed chick is the peaceful one, those noisy out there, are seeking for food.

But time had passed, and I am now already twenty-one years old. Two of them, both my grandpa's had died already. My grandmas' living alone, though I can see in their eyes that they are afraid, they are not showing it by strongly facing each day with a smile. After the burial of my grandpa just this year, I suddenly think about how they live their lives. That they haven't gotten most of the care. They didn't receive much love, same as they gave us much love but we didn't give it back. We have become busy with our lives that we forgot to give them the attention they so deserved. And when they died, I ask myself suddenly, "Am I deserving to cry?". What my tears would be for, is it for the pain of his living, or is the regret of those days I missed and should have spent with him? When he was still lively enough to play to with, when he is asking me to go home because he miss me a lot,  I just never mind and continue working away from him. I still have the time of my life, I didn't notice that he has his time nearly coming, and that he wants to spend it with us. Oh, why didn't I spare some of my time, just like them when I needed a playmate when I am younger. They would put their chores aside to play with me.

They are not bound to consume all our time, just some assurance that we are not leaving them alone because they are old or because they are smelly.
It maybe true according to the research that they smell, but it wont kill you. Before its late, show them your love, as they did to us. They might not ask you what they like but your smile will melt their worries away about living alone. Like us younger, our old grandparents also love to be with the crowd, so lets not live them their in the corner.

Lying? When?

A minister told his congregation, "Next week I plan to preach about the sin of lying. To help you understand my sermon, I want you all to read Mark 17."

The following Sunday, as he prepared to deliver his sermon, the minister asked for a show of hands. He wanted to know how many had read Mark 17.

Every hand went up.
The minister smiled and said, "Mark has only 16 chapters. I will now proceed with my sermon on the sin of lying."

..........NOTE......
           (for me)

Korny no?....Marahil nga, ngunit ang buhay sa mundo ay isang malaking give and take relationship.

sick?

Are you feeling weird about your self? Are you thinking that you are nuts to feel something wrong or react differently hen you are in a certain situation? I got this on my email and Im happy enough to share this to you from rdasia.com.

Hanger
Do you start to feel positively witchy when a too-long meeting makes you eat lunch an hour later than usual? You’re probably "hangry", a new phrase folks are using to describe hunger-related mood swings, according to MSNBC.com. When blood sugar levels dip too low, according to the site, the body’s ability to process the brain chemical serotonin is affected, resulting in crabbiness, anger, and a low threshold for frustration.

E-Book Moments
The theory that people remember less of what they read from digital books (on iPads and Kindles) than from paper-based books, as coined by Time magazine. Some experts believe that reading on paper provides more opportunities for memorizing and retaining information because you can relate words to their location on the page (left side, right side, near a chart, etc.), which helps cement the material in your mind.

Tight Pants Syndrome
A cluster of symptoms—including abdominal pain, heartburn, and reflux a few hours after meals—that predominantly affects overweight men who wear poor-fitting pants with too-tight waistlines, according to ABC News Medical Unit. Doctors are also seeing a comparable version in women, in which skinny jeans can contribute to pelvic pain, yeast infections, and itching. Bottom line: Don’t suffer too much for beauty’s sake, advises Orly Avitzur, MD, a Tarrytown, NY-based neurologist. If it hurts to wear a new trend or a too-tight favorite piece of clothing, skip it.

Surgeon Enthusiasm
The measure of how likely a surgeon is to recommend an operation for a condition that can be treated in other ways. A recent study suggested that this eagerness helps explain why surgery rates for back problems and other tough-to-treat ills vary wides across the country: You're almost 25 times more likely to get spinal fusion in Idaho Falls, Idaho, for instance, than in Bangor, Maine. (Source: Study in the journal Spine.)

Decision Fatigue
The notion that the mental work of making decisions over and over again can warp your judgment and lead to poor choices. In one example, an Israeli study found that judges granted more parole requests early in the day than they did after making a series of rulings. According to the New York Times, "the more choices you make throughout the day, the harder each one becomes for your brain."

Thirdhand Smoke
It sticks around for hours, days or even months after a cigarette is smoked: a residue of toxins (lead, cyanide, and arsenic among them) that clings to virtually all surfaces in a room, a car , and other enclosed spaces long after the smoke is gone. Researchers have found that thirdhand smoke can combine with nitrous acid, a common indoor air pollutant, to form a carcinogen that can be inhaled by anyone in a room. (Source: Study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.)

Self-Compassion
You have it if you're as kind and understanding about your own shortcomings as you are about a friend's. It's a hot topic in psychology, the New York Times reports, and the focus of two new books: Self-Compassion: Stop beating Yourself Up and Leave Insecurity Behind, by Kristin Neff, PhD, and The Self-Compassion Diet, by Harvard psychotherapist Jean Fain. "Self-compassion is the missing ingredient in every diet and weight-loss plan, " Dr. Fain told the Times.

Broga
Attention, downward-facing dudes. You may not know it yet, but you're practicing broga: yoga for men with strength-building moves—and without the chanting. Namaste, man

Sweatworking
Forget the martinis: One way to impress clients today is to get them spinning—at the gym, that is. Can't come to terms? Box it out, and close the deal in the steam room.

Coregasm
You may want to wait on this one till you get home. Forty percent of women in a survey experienced exercise induced orgasms on more than ten occasions. Kind of makes you want to sit up and take notice!

Going back to school?....read this

Ah, you're sick of your school bus being late everyday? Or you dont like the new driver your parents hired. Whatever it is that you are complaining about your daily commute to the school, you should learn to thank that you are sitting their going to school with the less danger you can think of. Unlike these unlucky ones who needs to face the danger just to go to school.

                                             Los Pinos zip wire, Colombia

Forget the perils of bullies on the school bus—for the children of Los Pinos,
a village in the Colombian jungle, the trip to and from class holds rather more dramatic dangers. With their settlement cut off from neighboring communities by a 1,200-foot-deep gorge that takes two hours to walk around, the kids get across using 1,300-foot zip wires.

Every morning, around a dozen of them arrive at the launch pad, armed with their own pulley,
rope and—crucially—a piece of wood to use as a brake so they don’t slam into the tires on the other side at 40mph. Smaller pupils are bundled into hessian sacks and tied to older children.

Some 60 adults brave the trip daily, too, often transporting supplies. Nobody knows what the zips’ weight limits are, but locals have carried animals, large food parcels and even furniture across, and the steel cables haven’t broken. Yet.

                                               Hussaini Bridge, Pakistan

If there’s one thing worse than navigating a rickety wooden suspension bridge, it’s having to do so while looking at its broken predecessor dangling alongside. But that’s the routine of villagers in Hussaini, northern Pakistan, who need to cart firewood, crops and livestock across the 635-foot-long structure to reach their farmland.

A strong gust of wind lifted up the old bridge a couple of years ago, then smashed it back down, dislodging most of the slats and rendering it useless. But the new bridge hasn’t had an easy time of it, either. A recent landslide caused the water levels of the Hunza River below to rise so much that the bridge was submerged for weeks. Indeed, even under normal conditions, the Hunza is no gentle stream. To put it bluntly, if you fell
off the bridge into the rapid-riddled torrent, you wouldn’t be sculling to safety.

Locals try to keep the bridge patched up as best they can, relying on bits of wood, twine—and hope. But it’s still not so much a serious river crossing as something resembling an Indiana Jones film set—or possibly the Bridge of Death in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

                                                 Yungas Road, Bolivia
This mountain pass is also known as El Camino de la Muerte, or “the Road of Death”
—and the nickname’s not a jokey exaggeration. Up to 250 people a year have been killed on this 38-mile-long stretch since it was carved into the mountainside in the 1930s and became a key route for trucks traveling from Bolivia’s capital La Paz to rain forest settlements in the north.

The road is about as wide as a dining table is long—not ideal when you’re trying to creep a truck round a hairpin bend with a 3,000-foot sheer drop on one side. Add a smattering of landslides, torrential rain, and another truck coming in the other direction (even if there is the occasional narrow passing place), and suddenly your local highway seems much more palatable.

Since 2006, a less-dangerous bypass has provided an alternative to the worst parts of the route. But, even so, the memorial crosses and floral tributes that appear at regular intervals along the Yungas Road show that it remains far from accident free.

                                 Yakutsk, Russia

When it’s freezing cold outside, the thought of leaving your warm bed and waiting on a frigid train platform can fill even the hardiest with dread. So spare a thought for commuters in the eastern Siberian city
of Yakutsk—they regularly have to brave temperatures below minus -49°F.

Just starting a car in such conditions can, of course, prove impossible (wealthier residents use heated garages that cost around $32,000—some four times the average annual salary). But if travelers manage that, they then have to brave roads that are so thickly coated in ice that winter tires are little help. There are dozens of accidents each week, as cars skate across junctions and career off roads.

Waiting too long at the bus stop can be fatal, too—especially for older people, who can quickly develop respiratory problems. And permafrost means an underground tube system is out. The city will finally be linked to Russia’s over-ground rail network late this year, though, so at least residents will find it easier to get away.

                                        Tokyo rail system, Japan

You know a city’s got transport issues when it’s coined a specific phrase, tsukin jigoku,
to describe “commuter hell”.

And Tokyo’s commuter lingo doesn’t stop there—or get much cheerier. White-gloved train pushers, known as oshiya, are employed to cram the rail network’s 8.7 million daily passengers into carriages. Meanwhile, sleazy travelers who take advantage of the cramped situation are labeled chikan—loosely translated as “train gropers”. As well as being sex pests, they also create paranoia. A girl recently caused chaos in
a carriage by spraying Mace at a number of innocent businessmen after she’d unwittingly straddled a clarinet case.

The fact that there are plans to reduce Tokyo’s train capacity to 150 per cent in the next two years demonstrates the extent of the city’s problem. The Tōzai Metro line frequently operates at 199 per cent capacity. Passengers
can just about grasp a newspaper, but there’s no chance of holding it up and reading it.

                                           Beijing, China

Singer Katie Melua claims that there are “nine million bicycles in Beijing”, but it’s the five million cars she wants to worry about. Even in crowded international capitals like London, where rush-hour traffic crawls along at under 10mph, there are just three million cars—or 432 cars per square mile. In Beijing, that figure is 1,226 and, though Beijing is half the size of London, the average commuting time is around 12 minutes longer at 52 minutes.

The Chinese capital’s economic growth over the last decade or so has resulted in 1,900 new vehicles on the road each day, and poor public transport doesn’t provide much of an alternative. What’s more, you don’t get ahead in a country of 1.3 billion people by waiting your turn, so a traffic jam on a two-lane highway can quickly turn into four-lane gridlock as drivers nose into gaps.

Last August, a jam starting in Beijing grew into a 60-mile tailback that stretched all the way to Inner Mongolia and lasted nine days. For now, investing in a pair of sneakers and walking to work is probably the best option.

charge to experience

If you fail, never just take it as failure, always put in mind that from it you will learn something. Like after waking up all night to study for your exam, you ended up sleeping whole day long which lead you to miss your exam. Lesson is, study day by day, slowly and shortly but surely. So you wont have to cram on your exam days.

Here are some examples you should take a read too. Its alright to laugh.

"When holding a DVD in one hand and food in the other, remember which hand has what when you take a bite."

"When running errands where one stop involves going to a bank and one involves dropping off a firearm, drop off the firearm first."

"If you’re prone to impulse purchases, stick to shoes, not tattoos."

"When attending a funeral, never clap after the eulogy, regardless of how meaningful and heartfelt it was."

When buying, also remember this;

"Can you tell me who the author of Shakespeare is?"

"I’m looking for a book, but I only know the title, not the author. It’s called Dante’s Inferno."

"I definitely don’t want nonfiction. I like autobiographies and history."

"Do you have Shakespeare in English?"

"Can I buy colgate, I like that red Close-up."

..at amusement

My friend was working at an amusement park when a couple stopped him. “Excuse me,” said the woman, pointing to a pond. “What is that water made out of?”
Bemused, my friend replied, “Two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen.”
“See?” she said to her boyfriend. “I told you it wasn’t real.”

All those things are done mistakenly once. Dont ever do a mistake twice or it cant be a mistake anymore. It could be a sign of something you might not like.

stress management

Stress is a normal part of life and usually comes from everyday occurrences.

  Nobody is exempted from them, here's how to compromised;
1. Get rid of them.
If you don't like something and it just wont stay out of your way then avoid it. Instead of getting irritated because you hate a non-attentive employee in a certain store, try talking to her what you like her to do, or better don't go pay on a counter where she is attending. If your sandwich maker spoils your breakfast mood by always burning your sandwich or making it half-done, go change it.

2. Write it down and plan.
Always give your self extra time. If showering takes you 20 minutes then write 25 minutes in your time planner so you can always have spare time to insert extra things that you just suddenly like to do, like checking your pores more longer in the mirror.
If you are always late with your appointments like 10 minutes late, depart 15 minutes earlier so you don't need to hurry in case of crowded streets, and you can still have time to fix your face and aura. Relax and check the people around you while waiting instead of getting irritated, prepare for the things you might talk.

3. Know what pleases you.
Don't take courses that you know you don't like. If a colleague invites you to an acquaintance party which requires you to forcefully smile even to people you don't know and you know you hated it. Then don't go. There's no bad in declining an invitation than saying a thing after going there.

4.Don't be afraid to be absent sometimes.
Don't loose your welcome. People you are with wont notice you exist unless you are gone and they suddenly notice that nobody's doing the photocopier or whacking the coffee machine when its too slow pouring the coffee. If you are too tired with your job, take a vacation to charge up and you will realize that you miss your job and that complaining about it is what you are used to. Occasionally change your environment so you wont feel that life is in routine.

5. Competition and insecurities, is an avoidable source of stress.
Stress from this kind of jealousy is self-inflicted.
Know and love yourself. Your friends love you as who you are and not what you have become. You don't have to compete and shine from the rest. Just do your best and enjoy the race.

6. Proper management of laborsaving devices.
You have your laundry done by your mighty washing machine but it doesn't mean that you will go shopping while its working and leaving the auto vacuum cleaner clean the room while you are gone. Electronics needs to be patronize usually, getting them fixed when broken could be more stress talking to the electricians, saying terms you don't understand.
Having more electronic devices for yourself make you plan to do more things, which will just make you cram. Its not bad to have them, you just have to know how to manage  them to make work done faster and at ease.

7.One thing at a time.
Don't brush your teeth while watching television. You wont like it if you see your carpet spotted with toothpaste bubbles. Getting the work done before moving to next will help you make the work done well.

8. You are not lazy, just need to pace down.
If you are wondering because you got nothing to do and you cant think of something to do, don't worry; instead get a book and make   your favorite juice drink. Turn on your music player and open your window curtains. Have a break.
    Enjoy your day.

9.  Self control.
Stay your calm, always breath and count one two three before reacting to something you don't like. Look positive and think things will go your way the moment you flash your smile. Exercising and giving your self a makeover can help you build a better outlook in life. You will get sick if you think you will and you wont if you think you wont. Remember that your brain controls your whole system.

10. Seek professional help — a doctor or therapist.
Sometimes, and usually, stress leads to many problems specially to your health.Like hair loss, lost of appetite, and many more. Getting the help of the experts will help you know well and manage well your stress problems.

Sealed With A Kiss

Written with a pen.

Sealed with a kiss.

If you are my friend,

Please answer this:

Are we friends?

Or are we not?

You told me once

But I forgot.

So tell me now

And tell me true.

So I can say....

"I'm here for you."

Of all the friends

I've ever met,

You're the one

I won't forget.

And if I die

Before you do,

I'll go to heaven

And wait for you.

I'll give the angels

Back their wings

And risk the loss

Of everything.

Just to prove my

Friendship is true..

To have a friend like you!

sealed with a kiss

The Happiness I Feel at Your Achievements

The happiness I feel at your achievements
Reflects the happiness you feel at mine.
Friends expand the pleasures of such moments,
As mine in yours, and yours in mine, combine.
The same when we look forward to our futures:
So much more unfolds when there are two!
Populating your proposed adventures
Gives me a joy that mine must give to you.
We've been through much, and will be through much more,
But traveling together is more fun.
Whatever life and love may have in store,
Two is always preferable to one.
Your graduation thus becomes my pleasure:
Your happiness is mine, a double treasure.

till death do us part

A girl and a boy
were on a motorcycle, speeding through the night. They loved each other a lot..

Girl: "slow down a little.. I'm scared.."
Boy: "No, it's so fun.."
Girl: "please..it's so scary.."
Boy: "Then say that you love me.."
Girl: "Fine..I love you..can you slow down now?"
Boy: "Give me a big hug.."

The girl gave him a big hug.

Girl: "Now can you slow down?"
Boy: "Can you take off my helmet and put it on? It's uncomfortable and its bothering me while i drive."

The next day, there was a story in the newspaper. A motorcycle had crashed into a building because its brakes were broken. There were two people on the motorcycle, of which one died, and the other had survived......

The guy knew that the brakes were broken. He didn't want to let the girl know, because he knew that the girl would have gotten scared. Instead, he was told the last time that she loved him, got a hug from
her, put his helmet on her so that she can live, and died himself...:(

acceptance

Lets face the truth that there are some kind of idiot like me whose so afraid to get mistakes. I do love to be corrected, but it just hurt at first. Lets face it, we can easily say that we love to be corrected, but its kinda hard to digest it at first. I know I am right, we often get mad to the people who's correcting us, but in the end, we realized that they are right. Sometimes, due to pride, we keep it ourselves and never thanks them for correcting us...

Recipe For Happiness

Too many people put off something that brings them joy just because they haven't thought about it, don't have it on their schedule, didn't know it was coming or are too rigid to depart from their routine.

I got to thinking one day about all those women on the Titanic who passed up dessert at dinner that fateful night in an effort to cut back. From then on, I've tried to be a little more flexible.

How many women out there will eat at home because their husband didn't suggest going out to dinner until after something had been thawed? Does the word 'refrigeration' mean nothing to you?

How often have your kids dropped in to talk and sat in silence while you watched 'Jeopardy' on television?

I cannot count the times I called my sister and said, 'How about going to lunch in a half hour?' She would gas up and stammer, 'I can't. I have clothes on the line. My hair is dirty. I wish I had known yesterday, I had a late breakfast, It looks like rain.' And my personal favorite: 'It's Monday.' She died a few years ago. We never did have lunch together.

Because Americans cram so much into their lives, we tend to schedule our headaches. We live on a sparse diet of promises we make to ourselves when all the conditions are perfect!

We'll go back and visit the grandparents when we get Steve toilet-trained.. We'll entertain when we replace the living-room carpet... We'll go on a second honeymoon when we get two more kids out of college.

Life has a way of accelerating as we get older. The days get shorter, and the list of promises to ourselves gets longer. One morning, we awaken, and all we have to show for our lives is a litany of 'I'm going to,' 'I plan on,' and 'Someday, when things are settled down a bit.'

When anyone calls my 'seize the moment' friend, she is open to adventure and available for trips. She keeps an open mind on new ideas.. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. You talk with her for five minutes, and you're ready to trade your bad feet for a pair of Roller blades and skip an elevator for a bungee cord.

My lips have not touched ice cream in 10 years. I love ice cream. It's just that I might as well apply it directly to my stomach with a spatula and eliminate the digestive process. The other day, I stopped the car and bought a triple-Decker. If my car had hit an iceberg on the way home, I would have died happy.

Now...go on and have a nice day. Do something you WANT to......not something on your SHOULD DO list. If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say? And why are you waiting?

Have you ever watched kids playing on a merry go round or listened to the rain lapping on the ground? Ever followed a butter fly's erratic flight or gazed at the sun into the fading night? Do you run through each day on the fly? When you ask ' How are you?' Do you hear the reply?

When the day is done, do you lie in your bed with the next hundred chores running through your head? Ever told your child, 'We'll do it tomorrow.' And in your haste, not see his sorrow? Ever lost touch? Let a good friendship die? Just call to say 'Hi'?

When you worry and hurry through your day, it is like an unopened gift....Thrown away..... Life is not a race Take it slower. Hear the music before the song is over.

It's National Friendship Week every week. Show your friends how much you care. Send this to everyone you consider a FRIEND. If it comes back to you, then you'll know you have a circle of friends.

To those I have sent this to... I cherish our friendship and appreciate all you do.

'Life may not be the party we hoped for... But while we are here we might as well dance!'

lets grow old together

A gentle word like a spark of light,
Illuminates my soul
And as each sound goes deeper,
It's YOU that makes me whole

There is no corner, no dark place,
YOUR LOVE cannot fill
And if the world starts causing waves,
It's your devotion that makes them still

And yes you always speak to me,
In sweet honesty and truth
Your caring heart keeps out the rain,
YOUR LOVE, the ultimate roof

So thank you my Love for being there,
For supporting me, my life
I'll do the same for you, you know,
My Beautiful, Darling Wife.

move forward, fly high

The higher you wanted to fly,
the painful it will be when you fall down.
So secure your wings and check the wind.
Learn the dance of the sky
to glide properly with the clouds
and the other birds.
Some birds are harmful
and some are just nice.
Just like life,
there are also tricks up way there,
there are birds that looks so harmless
but really attacks like an eagle
so-hungry attacking an innocent chick.
The pressure up there is not that nice
so bring a lot of your comfort-air with you.

The weather is not like a green house weather
that only provides the warmth you need
and the coolness to make you stay crisp.
Sometimes, there's this shower rain
that will clean you up
from the dust you have encountered through the journey.
There will also be a day
that rain seems like to stay forever.
A storm is not banned to come,
like the cycle of the water,
storm is scheduled to precipitate your wings
enough water and coldness.
But dont loose hope,
you cant have a 365 rainy days for a whole year.
Sunny days are meant to dry your wings
and provide you enough warm
to gather the strength
you had lost during the cold winter
and rainy seasons.
Be careful of sunny days,
sometimes, sun comes with a heat
that will burn your perseverance
to soar more up high.
Just because you got wings,
the sky isn't a home for you,
you should also learn to touch the ground
to familiarize its roughness for your feet,
so you wont feel alienated during windy times
that you have to stay under a cave for a shelter.
Or when storm comes,
at least you know how to walk grounded.

Its a pleasurable thing to learn to soar up high,
but its also a must to learn to live the life on ground,
because the life,
just like wheels,
isn't always on top.
Up and down, there's no difference.
Life is more fun
if you know how to deal with its tricks.
You just have to be prepared,
and don't be afraid to take the risk
and always move forward.

Remember,
"There's no one principle that governs the whole society."

tnx for the picture..
