..I don't care whats on the other side, I just wanna get there. Even if it would take me my whole life trying to reach it. I don't give a damn, just as long as I can get there.
  No matter how hard or how easy the obstacle will be, they are just like the glass wall that I'm more  than willing enough to break just to get to other side that I am looking through it

For every one of us who never had problem eating our meal three times a day. Some  of our friends around asia may have been suffering crisis. This picture above may look as just a normal noodle for a common eyes. But if you try to observe it beyond the naked  lens, you can derive a definition which can be apply to giving value in life's blessings we  have. 

Pot of Gold. Yes, I call  it  pot of gold. During hard times,  a  pot o f this noodle  could help  you survive    a day and may even endure life's challenges for more. 

This noodle, is best eaten while still boiling, right from the  pot. 

It is widely used in Korea, and I had learned to adapt the  value of this meal. Not just it savory taste but also the value of life I have. Eating this, is a lesson I will never forget. A lesson that teaches me how good my life is in spite of those complains and discontentment.

In search for his heart

A boy was born one of a kind, born with two hearts.
The doctor had to remove one of the heart to make the boys blood circulation run normal.
The boy was born to vendor parents, his stay in the hospital was all free due to the hospitals agreement with them to study the boys condition.

The operation was successful, but it doesn't turn out to be a good option. After a year the baby boy's health deteriorated and his hearts beat so weak.

They planned to put back the heart but another baby was born in the same hospital with a weak heart.
The baby girl was born to rich family, old couple who barely made child- a child with weak heart.

Knowing the baby boy's condition, they agreed with his parents to let the baby boy be freed from the experiment of the doctors and to support his financial needs until he finishes college in exchange for his heart.

The boy was discharge from the hospital and the heart was successfully planted to the baby girl.
Right after the transplant operation, the baby boy's health got better, as if he was living with the heart that was removed from him.
Now that it was beating normally in someones chest, he was also breathing normally.

Baby girls family flew to the US and stayed there for good.
Baby boy's family transferred to their province and manage their own fishing business as through the
help of the Baby Girl's family.


Baby girl grew into Lady Fashionista and studied
fashion designing in Paris, France. She worked on some high profiled clothing business.
Lady Fashionista's mother died from heart
attack and her father followed the same year because of loneliness.
Before her father died, he told her the truth about her heart. And that she had to find the owner of the heart.

She flew right away to Philippines after fixing the papers of their properties in US.
She knew that her Philippine vacation wont be just a find-and-visit them then thanks.
It will be a dramatic one that might attached her to them, they own her heart after all.


Baby boy grew up into a Notorious Investigator. Low profiled highly effective investigator working quietly. No matter how big and good the offers of the agencies from Manila, he turn them all down and stay in his province.
He works fast and worth the pay, fast and detailed,but he never knew his own history.



Lady Fashionista goes to Philippines but as soon as she step Philippines soil,
she started feeling nostalgic about the land, thinking because she is a Filipina after all,
she just disregard the strangeness. Then she started feeling like part of her body got hit, even when she's alone.
Every night, she started to hear noises which isn't there. Seems like somebody is calling her name.

Notorious Investigator, started to feel the strangeness too, a pain in his heart, pain that he
cant define.

Lady Fashionista clearly hear the noises, like the beating of the heart.

Notorious Investigator hears the same but never let himself got distracted. After hardly saying no to the offers of the government agencies,
he finally agreed with them and accepted the offer to live in the City.

His first job is to investigate for a girl who had just came from the US.
He was assigned to look for a boy who once had a twin heart.
And hospital records will be his battle.
Hacking hospital websites isn't that good but he has to
because the girl didn't got any of the information about the boy except that he
might be growing in the province that Notorious Investigator grew up.

Nobody in his town knew about the twin heart boy, even his parents.

While searching for the boy, the two worked together and fall in love with each other.
Strange as it is, but they felt like they've met before and getting along with each others feeling isn't that hard. It seems like they knew very well what each of them feel every minute. A telepathy with each others hearts.

When they were together, they fall in love like they were childhood sweet heart, no need to say it, they just felt it like it was a given emotion, longing for each other.

He checked the new residents of his town during the year that the
Lady Fashionista's family flew to the US.
Surprised enough, he saw his parents name.

The hospital let them check the records but the twin heart boy wasn't given name at that time.
He was only called the twin heart baby, the hospital confirmed Lady Fashionista's name as the receiver of the heart from the twin heart baby.
But there was an agreement before that the twin heart baby's identity should be changed as soon as he steps out of the hospital because many
people speculate that he was made into an experiment's guinea pig by the hospital.

After more research, they found out the name of the parents of the twin heart baby.
Shocked, because its Notorious Investigator's parents.

The two went home and the parents confirm.
 Their heart were once together, in the same chest.
Confused, the two doesn't know what to do.

Are they going to live together as a couple or as twins?
He owns her heart, literally, but he is not planning to get it back, he cant, of course.
What is he going to feel?

She didn't even think to fall in love to the owner of her heart, she thought that he would become a family.

The parents suggested that they can live together, loving each other just like how they feel to each other before knowing the truth.
Whatever emotions that will come out later on, they will decide for themselves, whether to love each as a twin or as a better half.

Villa Sylvia Resort

Villa Sylvia Resort, at Brgy.  Banago, Nagcarlan, Laguna

It was fun in there and the swimming pools are clean. There is a deeper one for the ones who like do more lap in better poise and there is a shallow one for the ones who (well lets face it,) dont know how to swim. And there is also for kids. There are cottages and rooms to stay if you wanted to stay for the night.

I am not promoting the resort but I just  wanted to share to all of you the that there are great resorts in Laguna if you are looking to.

I love the slide in there.
The entrance fee is just 50 pesos and the cottage fee is 600 pesos. 

The pay is worth the fun and experience. The place is a lot better because its a terrace resort, placed in the hills and there are a lot of trees that cools down the hot of the sun during noon, but if you wanted to get some tan, the pool area is place in the center for the sun to come in.

They also have some party place and they also hold some gatherings prior to reservation.

At a super rich club in Singapore, as reported by Malaysia’s Bernama news agency, is where the literal taste of luxury can be acquired for just  $26,000.

Way too much for even the rich man in the world. But for those who wanted to at least taste what the world can offer before you get out of it, well its worth trying for.

The cocktail which was dubbed as "the Jewel of Pangaea" is created by the award-winning master bartender Ethan Leslie Leong and is served in the Pangaea in Singapore. The cocktail is a concoction of gold-flecked Hennessey brandy, 1985 vintage Krug champagne and sugar, garnished with a Triple X 1-carat diamond by Switzerland-based jeweler Mouawad.

An exciting and rewarding drink indeed.

But there are also a lot of  clubs around the world that serves drinks and cocktails sprinkled with gold and diamonds. Of course, to attract the most famous and wealthy people, they had to cater their luxurious wants and taste.

London’s ultra select club Movida also launched a £35,000 ($56,700) Christmas cocktail in 2007 called ‘Flawless’, which contained Louis XII cognac, Cristal Rose champagne, brown sugar, angostura bitters, a few flakes of 24-carat edible gold leaf and an 11-carat white diamond ring at the bottom.

Ritz Carlton Tokyo came up with a ‘Diamonds are Forever’ martini drink that cost US$18,000 in 2010, a blend of chilled Grey Goose vodka with a lime twist, poured over a one-carat diamond.

Luneta sneak peaks

@luneta park.....a butterfly garden before but they closed it temporarily for now for some renovation.

at least I got a sneak peak going inside because the caretaker wont allow us to take a picture inside. I guess I'm pretty good in sneaking pictures. Cool and relaxing inside the garden. The breeze from the plants that are not yet properly cultivated will surely make you forget that you are in Luneta, in the center of the busy Manila. Although its a bit noisy outside the garden during weekends, noises seems afraid to get inside. The gate is really close and the garden is temporarily closed for now, though you can sneak sometimes if the caretaker forgets to close the gate.

Well, lets just wait for the garden to officially open, because before when it was still open to the public and the plants there are still properly maintained, butterflies does amazed me as they flies above me as I was touring the garden. Catching them is not allowed but I still tried to do. I didn't caught any though.


Besides the Butterfly Garden, there are also Japanese and Chinese Garden in Luneta Park (Rizal Park). There are performers also during weekends and rare days, but if you want to look back at history about the Rizal Park, you can freely enter the park, where you can see how Jose Rizal was shoot and statues of some valued heroes of our treasured past.

Underground Cemetery

...at last nabisita ko rin ang UNDERGROUND CEMETERY doon sa may Nagcarlan, Laguna.

Our camera cannot take good picture without the flash so we didn't took any picture. Unfortunately, camera flash is not allowed inside the cemetery for the reason of the place conservation. It might broke the particles inside the historic place, and may weaken the structure of the cemetery.

Even without the pictures inside, the place was worth visiting for. It feels like I went back to the History of my country. The park outside is also good for an afternoon stroll and picnic. Grasses are clean and the place has its nocturnal ambiance that will make you forget the busy life of the present once in a while and help you relax a bit.

If I'm not mistaken, the place is open until 4pm everyday except monday. If foods and place to stay is the problem, there are a lot of resorts and restaurants around it.

How busy you are should not give you an excuse to spare your time for your loved ones.

Nevada's state attorney general's office has found no wrongdoing by officials in Manny Pacquiao's controversial loss to Tim Bradley on June 9, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday.

But investigators interviewed none of the judges involved in what was considered by most fight fans a robbery of a split-decision victory by unbeaten American Bradley over the Filipino icon.

Catherine Cortez Masto, Nevada's attorney general, said her top investigator spoke with members of the state athletic commission and gaming board and found no evidence of criminal acts, including match-fixing or unusual bet patterns.

But that will do little to ease the pain of Pacquiao fans who howled in disgust after two judges ruled Bradley at 115-113 winner while Pacquiao was given a 115-113 victory by the third judge.

"Displeasure with the subjective decisions of sporting officials is not a sufficient basis for this office to initiate a criminal investigation," Cortez Masto told promoter Bob Arum in a letter.

"Unless evidence beyond mere displeasure is forthcoming, this matter will be considered closed. While there may be strong disagreement with the decision, the exercise of professional judgment by individuals officiating at a sporting event is not by itself a criminal investigation."

Arum told the newspaper the probe came up short of the type of investigation he would have liked to have seen.

"I'm happy that the attorney general did some investigating, but there's a tremendous gap," Arum said. "Why didn't they interview the judges?

"I'm not sure this brings closure. I would feel a lot better if they had interviewed the judges. But it's her investigation, not mine."

Keith Kizer, the Nevada Athletic Commission executive director, met with the three judges last week and reviewed a video replay of the fight round by round to discuss their scoring. Kizer said he was satisfied with their efforts.

"I thought they handled it well," Kizer said. "It's unfortunate that people reacted the way they did following the fight. But this was a very close fight and eight of the 12 rounds could have went either way.

"The three judges did a great job."

Bradley is still dealing with ankle and foot injuries suffered in the fight while Pacquiao is vacationing in Israel. Arum said he plans to meet with Pacquiao in about 10 days to decide whom "Pac-Man" will fight in his next planned bout, set for November 10.

Pacquiao could enforce a rematch clause to avenge his loss to Bradley but could also opt for a fourth fight with Mexico's Juan Manuel Marquez, which brought about 500,000 more pay-per-view purchases last November than the Pacquio-Bradley fight.

If you love your morning coffee, a new study finds that your daily habit could protect your health. In a study by researchers from the National Cancer Institute in the US, older adults who drank coffee -- caffeinated or decaffeinated -- had a lower risk of death overall than others who did not drink coffee.

The java drinkers -- especially those who drank three or more cups a day -- were less likely to die from a number of illnesses, including heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and infections -- although researchers found no link with cancer. Results of the study were published on Thursday in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Head researcher Neal Freedman and his colleagues examined the association between coffee drinking and risk of death in 400,000 American men and women ages 50 to 71 who participated in the NIH-AARP Diet and Health Study.

"The mechanism by which coffee protects against risk of death -- if indeed the finding reflects a causal relationship -- is not clear, because coffee contains more than 1,000 compounds that might potentially affect health," said Freedman. "The most studied compound is caffeine, although our findings were similar in those who reported the majority of their coffee intake to be caffeinated or decaffeinated."

Still, while more research needs to be done to fully understand the protective components of coffee, Freedman adds that "these results do provide some reassurance that coffee drinking does not adversely affect health."
Coffee has also been shown to improve brain function in mice studies, with researchers probing the possibility of using coffee as a treatment for people with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers in Portugal also recently found that the consumption of caffeine could protect against memory loss associated with advanced diabetes.
Still health experts don't recommend overdoing your coffee intake. The US-based Mayo Clinic suggests no more than two to four cups a day, since more than that can cause insomnia, upset stomach, and anxiety.

London, Aug 23 (ANI): A new survey has revealed that 84 percent of women put up with so-called "toxic friends", who are self-absorbed, emotionally draining, critical or backstabbing.

Men did not fare much better, with three-quarters admitting to having had such a friendship.

Sixty-five percent of those polled complained of having a self-obsessed friend, and 59 percent accused their closest acquaintances of being emotional "vampires", draining all their energy reserves.

The poll, of 18,000 women and 4,000 men by Today.com and Self magazine, found just over half had an over-critical friend, while 45 percent reported backstabbing behaviour and barbed comments.

Thirty-seven percent of people questioned also admitted to being turned off by friends who were unreliable or flaky.

Though a third admitted that they would end a friendship with someone who was untrustworthy, 83 percent said that they had let a friendship drag on longer than it should have done because the prospect of "breaking up" was too daunting.

"The reason it's hard to dump a toxic friend is the same reason people stay in all kinds of dysfunctional relationships," the Daily Mail quoted Dr Gail Saltz, associate professor of psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital, as saying.

"There's something in it that you find compelling or familiar," she added. (ANI)
